- Sort (individual column on list / general sort on board)
- Compact mode
- Group by Substatus
- Collapsed / expanded columns
- Column order (list view - if we allow dragging to re-order)

Ability to search across all information across all cards in the Applicant board view to access info quickly.
Switch between compact and expanded card view. Compact view will show Name, Job Title, and Info pills only.
Sort Candidates within a status type by their substatus. Users can then focus their attention on Candidates based on where they are in the recruitment process.
Sort Candidates by Created date (newest / oldest), Updated date (newest / oldest), or name (A-Z / Z-A).
Toggle between Board view or List View for Applicants.
