How do I see the records of a previous Engagement? I also want to be able to see the End Dates. This is useful for when creating References for example.

Home > Sitemap > Contacts
How
1. Click into a Candidate record.
2. Click the Related tab.
3. Scroll down the list of entries and click the one called Placements (Candidate).
4. Placements (Candidate) will now appear as an additional tab.
5. Click that new tab.
6. It will open a View of all the related Placements.
7. Change the current View to All Placements.
8. The view will include the Actual End Date column.
