Audit History option does not show on Contact records

How to enable Audit History on Contact records.

What is the query?

User is unable to see Audit History when on Contact records. They can see Audit History when in Clients and other entities of Mercury.

When on a Contact record, the Audit History option is expected to be seen under the Related menu.

 

What is the cause?

Contact Audit History access is controlled by a Security Role called Mercury - Data Protection Officer.

 

How can I fix this?

For users who require the ability to view the Contact Audit History, the local Mercury System Administrator needs to assign them to the Security Role of Mercury - Data Protection Officer.
