If you need to remove a Contact from a Hot List, click Hot Lists on the left side menu and then double click on the Name of the Hot List you'd like to view.
Locate the Contact(s) you'd like to remove and click to put a check to the left of their name(s). Then click Remove from the menu.
The screen will automatically refresh and remove the Contact(s) from the Hot List.
